PCMA PNW Advocacy Update

In July, the PCMA PNW Chapter joined other industry organizations in our region to put forward a document in a meeting held with the Governor Inslee: Event and Venue Health & Safety Guidelines for Reopening. This document was just a small step within the much larger movement of reopening our economy, but nonetheless we celebrate it as part of this critical and ongoing conversation.

PCMA will continue working at the organizational level to communicate the situation of our members to state leaders and will keep you apprised of progress. We also welcome you to join us in continuing to raise awareness to the specific situations you all are in throughout the coming months and phases. There are many industry groups that have stepped up to the steps of government on our behalf, but nothing matters more than the individual voices of each of you. If you have ever attended an advocacy day you probably noticed there are hundreds of voices speaking to legislators every day, and all are relevant and deserve to be heard. Including Yours.

We look forward to joining in continuing to open channels of communication with our community.
