The boards of Professional Convention Management Association, Pacific Northwest Chapter (PCMA PNW Chapter) and Meeting Professionals International Washington State Chapter (MPIWSC) have decided to conclude the PCMA/MPIWSC Meetings Industry Summit. The Summit was originally created to bring together the meetings and events industry after September 11, 2001. We feel that we have achieved that goal over the last 15 years.

This decision was not arrived lightly and after much thought, research and discussion, the boards of both organizations have determined that we will take a break from co-producing the annual PCMA/MPIWSC Meetings Industry Summit for the foreseeable future.

We recognize that time away from your office is extremely valuable, and as such, we feel it is not only our goal, but our responsibility to offer our members programs that will enhance your careers in the meeting and events industry.

The boards of both organizations would like to thank our attendees, vendors and sponsors who supported this event for the last 15 years. We look forward to seeing you at our respective organization events throughout 2018.
