Creating Guiding Principles with Kati Quigley, Senior Director, Marking, Microsoft Business Applications & Industry

Life changes constantly as does your professional aspirations and career. Even with this constant change, finding your grounding principles will help guide you in your life choices and enable you to navigate through the twists and turns in life. Learn how I created mine, what they mean to me and how I apply them. Through this, you will hopefully discover your own and start to leverage them to be your own authentic self.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand how personal guiding principles can aid you in your career/life advancement
  2. Get ideas for what they could be and how to develop your own
  3. Learn about the application of the guiding principles
